Welcome to CTAD website!

This flexible training package is for anyone who wants to develop their skills as a personal learning coach (PLC).

It has three components: e-learning, the web site, and consultancy with face-to-face training.

Using a combination of basic principles, case studies and practice exercises, Personal Learning Coaching aims to help you through your first year of personal learning coaching. It:

• explains what personal learning coaching is 
• shows you how to get going in the early stages 
• helps you to maintain momentum throughout the process 
• supports you and your learner in achieving your respective goals 
• encourages you to reflect on and improve your practices as a PLC, using the national Learning and Development Units.
