Tribal CTAD has successfully been awarded ESF co-financing to increase professional development within the North West. We are currently completing the process of contract negotiations.
The project will focus on building and supporting the capacity, quality and capability of organisations involved in Skills for Life to enable a consistent and sustainable approach to skills development in line with regional learning and skills priorities. It will build on the successful Move On approach with its proven track record of harnessing and brokering relationships and maximising the use of regional resources by working with existing, established networks in the region including Skills for Life providers, employers, intermediaries and brokers.
It is envisaged that intermediaries and employers will be equipped (through specific tools, resources and processes emerging as a result of the project) to maintain, cascade, further develop and embed project activity to ensure the momentum gained is sustained by all participating organisations.
The award of this project by the LSC strengthens Tribal CTAD’s continuing presence in the North West. Tribal remains the leading private sector organisation to provide value added Skills for Life consultancy and training within the region.
