Pocket PC learning resources

No time to author your own m-learning content? Our ever-increasing library of ready-to-use m-learning modules is now available for download.

You can view samples, purchase and download modules at www.m-learning.org. Once they’re on your computer, modules can then be uploaded to your learners’ Pocket PCs. The more you purchase, the cheaper they are per learner.

Modules contain approximately 15–20 minutes of learning, quizzes and games, all
mapped to the adult literacy and numeracy core curricula from Entry 2 to Level 2. Modules that are already available include the following:

The content they allow you to create is simple and will obviously evolve further based on feedback from participants (this is already version 2 I think) but — growing pains aside — the important thing is that the tools are simple to use. The ability to sit down, grab a few clipart or photo assets, compose some text and spit out a fully functional ‘mobile learning thing’ is still pretty unprecedented at this stage and CTAD has done a great job."
