WOA Events

The Whole Organisation Approaches (WOA) for Delivering Skills for Life Project is one of a suite designed to embed Skills for Life across post compulsory education aiming to explore how best to develop a whole organisation approach to Skills for Life. It is closely associated with the Skills for Life Quality Initiative and will make a significant contribution to Success for All which is the Government's strategy for reforming the learning and skills sector.

30 pathfinder organisations have been selected in each of the nine regions, representing a number of sectors where the Skills for Life agenda is important.

These sectors include:

  • Further Education Colleges
  • Workbased training providers
  • Voluntary & Community Organisations
  • Prisons and Probation
  • Large Employers
  • Schools
  • Other Organisations

Tribal CTAD, KPMG, Learning and Skills Network (LSN), and The Experience Corps are delivering this project on behalf of the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA). By adopting a Whole Organisation Approach to Skills for Life pathfinder providers from across the country have improved their planning, delivery and quality of the learner experience.

We would be delighted if you could join us at one of the following leading edge events and be amongst the first to hear about how you too could benefit from adopting the same approach.
