Bug description: After opening Target Skills, my operating system prompts me for a CD
Sometimes the Windows operating system doesn't function properly when you try to access a file from an empty CD drive.
Solution
Simply place any CD in the CD drive and download the latest Target Skills patch. Then replace your current version of the file infocentre.exe (which can be found in the installation folder for Target Skills) to prevent this bug occurring.
