(rescheduled from 22 November)
live with Bill Rammell MP
Minister of State for Lifelong Learning, Further and Higher Education,
Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS)

Bill Rammell, the minister for skills policy, will debate live on Equal-Works.

Engage with him on the UK skills agenda, the progress we’re making and the priorities for the future.

The debate is open to all www.equal-works.com users.

It is a unique opportunity for all Equal partnerships to engage with the minister on the challenges and opportunities facing their clients, on what they’ve learnt within Equal, and on the legacy of their research, development and capacity-building.

Debate with Bill Rammell on the government’s approach to the big skills challenges, including basic skills, apprenticeship, social inclusion and diversity, the employer/college partnership, career change for older workers, opportunities for women, and the opportunities presented by growing industrial sectors and the social economy.

Discuss how those with the lowest and least marketable skills can enter and remain economically active.

Watch and listen live on www.equal-works.com.

At the same time, explore the thousands of products of the GB Equal programme partnerships.
