The running program needs full access to the user_work folder. All other folders can be assigned read-only permissions except the user_work folder, which will need to be assigned read, write and delete permissions.
If this fails, it is possible that the program (infocentre) is making a write request to the registry. An updated infocentre file was created on 14 March 2008, which has resolved the problem. A copy of this file can be sent to you if you e-mail your request to .
