Through its continued support over the last three years for LSCs in Cambridgeshire, County Durham, Lancashire and the West Midlands, Tribal has been able to offer ongoing support in strategic planning. In County Durham, for instance, an initial audit of the teaching capacity informed the development of the 2002-4 strategic plan, a collaborative effort between the LSC and Tribal staff. The plan has been reviewed annually, and is now being evaluated through a capacity and performance review, undertaken by Tribal, to inform planning for 2004-2007.
