Welcome to CTAD website!

Though Tribal CTAD has undertaken more than eighteen Skills for Life teaching capacity audits, the audit for Lancashire went a stage further. By working closely with the main providers in Lancashire, Tribal CTAD was able to provide not only an overview of overall capacity in the county, but was also able to highlight some significant differences between providers, through individual college reports benchmarked to Lancashire’s FE sector.

The work has greatly assisted individual providers in identifying succession planning and other capacity issues, and has stimulated a constructive dialogue between providers and the LSC about numeracy capacity and delivery in Lancashire.
